Dive Into the Depths: Goliath Grouper Adventure in Jupiter, Florida        TRIP PRICE: $750

Prepare for an underwater encounter like no other! The warm, Gulf Stream-fed waters of Jupiter, Florida, are home to one of the ocean’s most awe-inspiring residents—the Goliath Grouper. These gentle giants, known for their sheer size and curious nature, gather in large numbers along Jupiter’s reefs and wrecks, offering divers a front-row seat to one of the ocean’s most spectacular sights.

Imagine descending into the blue, greeted by the bass-like rumble of a massive grouper, some reaching over eight feet long and weighing 800 pounds! As the currents sway, these magnificent creatures hover effortlessly, their inquisitive eyes locking onto yours in a silent exchange of wonder.

Whether you're a seasoned diver or a first-timer in Goliath territory, Jupiter’s clear waters and vibrant marine life make for unforgettable dives. Schools of jacks dart around the wrecks, colorful reef fish add flashes of brilliance, and if you’re lucky, a sea turtle or even a passing shark might complete the spectacle.

We will be heading down to the Jupiter, Florida area August 29th through August 31st. We will dive both Saturday and Sunday with the goal of diving the Goliath Grouper Aggregation which happens once a year in these waters.

*** IMPORTANT ***

Due to the nature of the Goliath Dives, you MUST have Deep and Nitrox certifications!!

 

There will be other dive opportunities on this trip, including the FAMOUS BLUE HERON BRIDGE (Tide and weather permitting).  So if you are not yet Nitrox or Deep there is still reason to go. And possibly acquire a new certification.

 

Trip Price is $750 per Diver, Double Occupancy. We are setting this trip to a minimum of 6 divers. If we do not hit that mark, the trip will be called off.

Trip price includes Lodging (DOUBLE OCCUPANCY) for two nights. Dives and boat fees.

Trip cannot be refunded after the final booking is complete (usually about 2 weeks out) unless canceled by Boat/Operator or Boro Scuba Academy.

Deadline for booking is AUGUST 1st with trip balance due by August 15th.

 

** Deposits are non refundable  UNLESS trip is called off by Boat Captain/Operator or Boro SCUBA Academy.

*** There is a non-diver fee of $150 per non-diver (age 18 and up).
